Shipping will only commence once proof of payment is sent. For bank transfers and over the counter payments, please send deposit slip to info@leiepure.com with title “PAYMENT”.

Returns

Our LeiaPure Returns Policy

We guarantee our clients that we deliver only the best quality skincare and personal care products. Each item is expertly formulated by a team of chemists and inspected by our handling team before it is shipped out to you. Once items are shipped, LeiaPure will NOT be liable for any damages incurred while items are in transit. For wrong items shipped, please let us know as soon as possible so we may rectify and give you the correct items.

A Return Letter via email must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of order with “Return Letter” as title of the email for wrong items that were sent.

Items must be shipped back to our lab’s address within 2 days of submission of Return Letter via email. Items must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and UNOPENED. This is for hygiene purposes and we would like to ask for your understanding regarding this.

If ever you return an item that is not eligible for return, you will shoulder the cost of shipping so the items can be returned to you.
